Service good but food come so slow and taste bad or no taste. I just order 10 dishes but 4 dishes sold out the rice also uncook. I will not come back.

We made several orders to the restaurant but after a few dishes, the chef had lost our orders leaving us to wait for over 45 minutes for them to grab our orders again and cook it. They even served food that we ordered first to customers that showed up after us.It was our first time eating here and it so definitely be out last

Well they changed restaurant name but same menu as last restaurant, same owner. Suggest you grab a book or newspaper with you if dining in because your meal may still not come after you finish reading.

The worst ever experience I had in a restaurant. Not to mention the most embarrassing decision ever made going to the restaurant to treat family and friends for a dinner. 1 hour and 30 minutes wait before the first dish was served. Totally understand if Peking Duck takes longer to prepare but what about the other 8 dishes we ordered which are just normal Chinese cuisine dishes that are nothing special at all. Then another 20 minutes before we get our rice. By this moment, it was 2 hours since our arrival and there were only 2 dishes served for 10 of us. Please note, including our table, there were only 4 tables of customers. When staff was questioned, the owner did not even acknowledged our wait and apologised. This is such a disgusting restaurant that I highly advise all not to go there unless they fully reflect on their attitude and make significant improvement. Such a shameful example to all other good quality Chinese restaurants. If I can give less than a star, I would.

Being one of the guests to dine with family and friends, this is by far the worst experience I had so far in terms of service.The service is exceptionally horrible. There are 9 dishes ordered during the night and the first simple dish was served after 1 hour 30 minutes. After another 30 minutes, only a total of 3 dishes are served. The Booking was made a day before, and we came at around 7 pm for the dinner (the second EARLIEST to be served). The 3rd dish is only served at 9 pm (2 hours after). The dining is completed, and we left the restaurant at 10.15pm (the LAST to leave the restaurant). During the night there are 5 tables served in total, but it's a SHAME that my table was the LAST to be served for most dishes. The restaurant did compensates us with a few slices of watermelon for free.The reason we've chosen this restaurant for the night is that wanting to try their famous pecking duck dish. Most of their dishes taste good, and I do like their pecking duck. Unfortunately due to the extremely poor services I can only give a star. I'm sorry.Anyone who still wants to dine here I would suggest being prepared for the poor service. Be mindful that there are many other good Chinese restaurants with decent services and decent food too.
