It was good. I'm glad I didn't get out when I got in. Sam's creepy. I don't know if he's deaf or not. I'm not sure he snoops out of the nursing home and he tied the real Sam in his back? But I'm glad we found this place. We were on our way and hungry! Happy Easter! And Moor Powwa... I gave him $20 for a $10 pizza because... I think I was hypnotized? I'm not sure. You have to see yourself... It was a 3 star pizza, but... I'm so confused.
Wow, I'm on a two-week trip to the United States, and this is my fifth time on the continent. And this is definitely the most amazing experience I had in the United States. To meet a man who has been in the same place for more than 50 years and the place does not seem to have changed at all and to see all his love for pizza, it is wow If you travel in the USA, you have to go there.
Sam's great. One of these golden nuggets finds. So beautiful you can still find these places when you are open to them. Pizza is great, tasteful... has a fully loaded including anchovies. Crust is crispy, not SUPER thin when that is what you are looking for, but great taste and texture tavern cut pizza crust. It is not Dominos (fortunately! it cannot work if you are in a hurry. Go inside and see if it works, two thumbs up!
Since I was young, I came here and my parents came here since they were young. I'm in my thirties now, so Sam must be two hundred years old. He is kooky and sweet and will give you $2,000 for the most amazing pizza you ever had. Happy Easter!
We decided to try Sam 's Pizza because of the rave reviews by locals. It was an experience to remember. We tried calling. No matter how long we sat on the phone, or when we tried, there was no answer. Even as we drove to the restaurant, we tried the phone to no avail. On site, it 's the tiniest pizza place I 've ever seen. Inside is Sam. The phone is ringing, but he can 't hear it, cause Sam is making pizzas and loving every second of it. We try to tell him our order. He can 't understand us, cause he 's thinking about pizzas. Every few moments, he sings to himself a little ditty. Bop bop baah. For you see, Sam is in pizza heaven. Ultimately, we gave up. We could have had a simple sausage pizza, but with my food allergies, ordering a pizza I could eat was likely impossible. But we didn 't walk away disappointed, because we watched someone doing what they love without a care in the world. And that was our Sam 's Pizza experience. We didn 't feed our bellies, but our souls were nourished. Next time we 'll bring a pen and paper.
