The cabin says the word. and a mountain refuge not a star hotel. in wooden style cottage. a breathtaking location. a piece of furniture, but full of history, rustic. a characteristic place, harvested. the owner, Mr.Claudio manages the cabin along with his daughter,barman and his son who is the chef. polenta, game, typical desserts.an essential but complete menu. I've been seeing him for a decade and I recommend it!

In search of the cool we decide to take a walk to Piancavallo, then seen the time and memory away of a nice little place we go to ask if there is room. the friendly chef confirms the availability for lunch and so after an hour we welcome in the interior room. the menu includes several interesting dishes, where polenta imperversa and we appreciate it both with meat and gorgonzola! friendly and courteous staff and then there is claudio a “young eternal” that as a true artist also delights with drawings of cute animals and before climbing for a coffee gives us one to our choice. a nice memory will accompany us until the next occasion....
