Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Ogden

This is the third time I have driven through right after opening for lunch. Fries are rubbery and cold. The chicken is Luke warm. It’s as if they reheated food that was left over from the night before. Unacceptable. Had high hopes because the staff is friendly. But the food quality is well below par. No one wants to eat cold food for the money they spend. Seems to me that if there were an involved manager on site these things wouldn’t happen….. so frustrating!

This is a VERY disorganized store. If I could give this visit a negative review I totally would. Employees seened like they could care less that they had people waiting. Took forever to get a pickup order they ended up forgetting a few things. So my husband went back in they STILL forgot it. Never doing business with this door again.

I prefer Popeyes to their national competitors. I don't like that I can't order individual chicken thighs from their app. Thighs and drums are not interchangeable and sometimes I just want chicken not a meal. Let us do al la carte via the app please!

Management was awesome and provided a great experience.

Wanted to give these guys a try because Chic-Fil-A was busy. It was a Saturday at 1pm. Unloaded all the kids for lunch. Tried to get in the lobby to eat, but the doors were locked. No signage saying the lobby was closed, some customers walked out just then with food in hand. Must be a mistake the doors were closed? We walk in and they tell us the lobby is closed and we can go through the drive thru. No thanks. Won't be back.
