Przekaż informację zwrotnąLucky I came to order a specific pizza. I watched three different customers first be told no pepperoni hot and ready and then none at all. Two sets of customers came and went when they saw no pizzas ready at all. I normally like what you do and this location is one of the best ones. Just that day there was some business loss.
Ordered 2 extra best today and as usual, had to wait 10-15 minutes as they are NIE hot and ready. After waiting for time given and seeing that all who came after me get their pizza I asked about mine. He said they'd sit there for 15-20 minutes because they didn't have a ticket. Is there no process when customers wait and an order is missing a ticket? Then he came with me when I asked if they were hot. In the time I sat and waited, the boy took a drink at the counter and went out the door (I suppose to break) and left a line of people at the counter and no one in the registers. I went with 2 cold pizzas after waiting for nothing and the attitude from the staff.
Honestly, I know everyone has had issues here in the past. And the wait times are crazy during lunch and dinner rushes. But I've worked the food industry before so I know how crazy it gets. But for my review, I ordered online a few days ago, and picked up from the pizza portal. Got home to find my order was not correct, ordered a 3 meat deep dish for my mom and opened the box to find a deep dish pepperoni, that was cold. And the regular pepperoni was a little undercooked in the center. Tried calling multiple times to find out if it could be fixed with no answer. An employee answered once and then hung up. Called 12th Street and got in contact with a manager there and explained the situation. He gave my information and order number to the gm Christine and she was extremely friendly and helpful. She apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a coupon to replace the whole meal free and even threw in a couple crazy breads. She was super helpful and very nice. I think everyone should take a step back and try to remember to be friendly to others no matter what happens. Wasn't the best experience to begin with, but the end result was very good. I placed my order a whole hour before pick up time when I get there this is the pizza I received. The edges were thick and undercook while the center was thin and soggy. The manager?s response was there was nothing he could do and that he didn?t see anything wrong with it.
We never know what we're going to get at this location. Consistency is terrible. Occasionally it's good but more often than not, we get a cold, day old pizza. This time the first pizza was disgusting. The crust was cold and hard like it is when you're having leftovers out of the fridge. The second pizza was slopped in the box. We had to put it in the oven to get it warm enough to eat and when taking it out of the box there was sauce and even pepperoni stuck to the box under the pizza. We're pretty sure the pizza slipped upside down into the box when it was hot and the worker just flipped it back around and sent it on its way. Anywhere else!
