They was rude and standing around talking instead of helping people

Staff very onry, made my drink wrong, asked if they could fix it and said they would charge to fix it. Been to multiple locations none of them charge to fix a drink they messed up on. I wont be my be coming back to this location. Horrible service.

Horrible customer service. We weren’t greeted when we walked in. The worker also didn’t know anything about the menu or didn’t seem to care.

Ordered my drink but was made incorrectly, not sure if they didn’t know how to make it so I just asked for my money back, but I still got charged. The service was good just not sure why I still got charged for a drink I didn’t get.
