It’s hard to imagine all the ingredients are completely vegan. It’s the perfect combo of healthy and delicious food. Another component of Cuppa if you do dine-in is the vibe. The energy in the cafe is amazing, with the friendliest workers and very fun local art. I can’t wait to go back!! 6/5 stars if I could. Vegetarian options: Vegan menu Dietary restrictions: All vegan food
Really really good vegan food and a good place to do some work. Would recommend the grilled cheese and tomato soup if it’s available
I got sick eating their food , pretty sure they cross contaminant anything thats gluten free, such as toasting gluten free toast in the same toaster as gluten breads, also the short brown hair latina girl had an attitude because they were rushed and busy ? I saw them using a brand /box of gluten free pie crust that clear states may contain egg )yet they claim to be a vegan restaurant, do they even take the time to check labels and ingredients? Final point I saw them making their homemade nut milk and they DID NOT PROPERLY WASH OUT THE BLENDERS OR MILK MAKER, all they do is a light rinse of 20 seconds or less , which makes me think everything made in those two equipments are at Risks for potentially non rinsed soap food or even old fermentation of left behind bits?
This place is amazing. We had to drive from Seattle to Boulder and stopped here for lunch since it wasn’t too out of the way and it was so good we ended up getting dinner to go for the car from here. As a former vegan I know it’s hard to find solid vegan restaurants that make stuff from scratch but this place is the real deal. I’m sad I don’t live closer to eat it again, but would highly recommend.
Had the guac burger and iced mocha. Both were exceptional. Staff were very positive and accommodating of custom orders for young kiddos. I personally enjoyed the art on display. I liked that they allow local artists to sell their work in house. The small, shaded dog area just outside is a nice convenience. Dietary restrictions: Vegan baked goods! Kid-friendliness: Lots of seating and willingness to customize orders. Smoothie bowls with optional protein were an easy win for us.
