Outback Steakhouse - O'Fallon

Sat at the bar and was welcomed by Evan. Took our drink order and provided menues promptly. He knew the menu and had some nice recommendations. The prime rib was amazing! Slow cooked, tender, and ultra juicy! Stop in and see him, and you won't be disappointed!!

9pm, was seated promptly. The place was not busy, server came got drink order, when he came back, he brought plates and straws. After another 10 minutes, Noone had returned with our drink order or had anyone offered to take our food order. Yes, at that point I was irritated. We got up and walked out.

This place is a joke do not recomend really nothing much nice to say

Food was disappointing. Steak was tough, baked potato tasted left-over . Fortunately, the salad cheesecake were fine.

It was ok, ordered a piece of cake to go. They forgot to give it to us. We were already down the highway when we remembered that they didn't give us the cake. Looked at the bill and they didn't forget to charge us.
