**The Good:** 1. Generally, the staff taking your orders and processing payments at the first drive-thru window have been friendly, especially considering their work environment and pay. 2. I highly recommend downloading the app and taking advantage of the daily deals to save some money! There are consistently great offers on crispy chicken sandwiches, which are comparable to Chick-fil-A's standard chicken sandwich but typically a few bucks less (especially with deals from the McDonald's app). I recently paid just over $4 for a meal. 3. Don't forget that McDonald's supports The Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC), an outstanding charity. It's easy to contribute when they ask if you'd like to round up your order to help a good cause while enjoying your cheeseburger. **The Not Terrible but Not Good:** 1. Every time I visit this location, the first drive-thru kiosk always directs me to pull up to the next one, even when someone is already ordering at the first. Perhaps it's meant to streamline things during peak times, but this approach can confuse and frustrate customers. 2. There have been multiple occasions when I ordered a large iced coffee that somehow gets messed up. Often, there isn’t enough sugar or creamer. I sometimes ask them to put extra creamer in the bag to fix it. 3. It would be nice if the staff handing over the food could at least say, "Have a nice day" or "Thanks for visiting," or at least share a smile when giving you your order. Instead, about 90% of the time, the vibe feels more like, "Here’s your order, now please leave." I understand that their pay and working conditions might not be the best, and it can be tough to stay polite and pleasant under those circumstances.

I often visit this place for a meal, a quick snack, or just a drink. The staff typically gets my order right on the first try, and the food quality is consistently good. Despite inflation and rising prices for nearly everything, including wages, the prices here remain reasonable.

The restaurant was clean, the staff was polite, and the service was prompt. My order was correct as well. There's another McDonald's closer to me, but it's usually dirty and not very good. This location is the complete opposite, and I happily drive a bit farther without any regrets.
