Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

If their bathrooms are any indication of their kitchen standards for cleanliness, I would not eat here. Bathrooms are very dirty! Looks like they haven’t been cleaned in months!

Ordered at the drive thru. Got home and two double cheese burgers were missing. Husband went back and they gave us the missing food however pretty disappointing they didn't give us any partial credit/refund or replace the fries that were now cold from having to go back.

If you end up coming after 9pm on Saturday you’ll get a rude employee on the drive thru that acts like you’re the biggest inconvenience ever. Not to mention waiting 40 minutes with only two cars in front of you.

The ice scream and food was okay, but do not walk into the bathroom! There was toilet paper on the sticky floor and it was very dirty. There were flies throughout the entire place. Some of the workers were nice and some were not friendly at all.

This location always has the nicest staff who always greet you with a smile and they are so polite. We also notice how clean it is and the staff works to keep it that way.
