Subway - O'Fallon

I ordered a sandwich and they made it right in front of me. The woman behind the counter asked me what I wanted. Subway isn't the friendliest place.

I gave this restaurant 4 stars because of its clean decor and consistently good quality. I have never had any issues with the sandwich makers. I used to go almost every Sunday, but started going less frequently because the manager (possibly the owner) would often be there on weekends. While it's nice that he is passionate and engages with customers, sometimes people just want a quick sandwich without a long conversation. His overbearing behavior sometimes made it feel like the sandwich makers were taking too long. If this continues, it may be my last visit to this otherwise special restaurant.

Friendly and fast service. The food was good, like any other subway. During our last visit it was very cold in the restaurant, so we asked them to shut off the AC and they did. Our favorite local subway. Edited on 6/6/18: on Friday before the commemorative day went to this store and although they were supposed to be open until 9:00, they closed the doors at 8:30 a.m. this evening, although we had just pulled up in front of their door. Guess the young lady and the young man had a party to come. We went to another restaurant, took even longer to come home after a long day.

Store is outstanding! Shara (the owner) friendly and definitely cares about his customers. Goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Sandwiches are so deliciously made. Love the store and the great employees. Shara knows his stuff. ONLINE ORDERS FABULOUS AS WELL ?

I have not been to that restaurant in years.
