We couldn't believe we found vegan food in the middle of nowhere. We were so happy that they vegan burgers in this place because it is on the other side of the lake. Was there today with my vegan nabeby and a meat eater friend. We all ordered the vegan burger, and it was just incredible! The lemon aioli mayo is amazing, wakamame salad (in the side of the sandwich!!! very different and tasty, fluffy rolls, delicious patty, superfries. The lake is very beautiful and makes a perfect scenario.

Das gut besuchte Restaurant direkt am Piburger See war eine echte Überraschung. Es gibt eine ganze vegane Seite auf der Speisekarte, hauptsächlich mit Nudeln und Salaten. Dennoch waren sie von hoher Qualität! Die asiatisch inspirierten Nudeln enthielten viele Shiitake-Pilze, frisch gebratenen Spinat und Pinienkerne. Der vegane Eisbecher war ebenfalls ein erfreuliches Highlight. Wer den See besucht: Unbedingt reinschauen.

Der Piburger See ist einfach traumhaft. Es gibt einen Rundweg durch den Wald um den See. Es eignet sich gut zum Spazierengehen, man schafft den gesamten See in etwa 50 Minuten. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht besucht. Auf jeden Fall sehenswert!
