Unfortunately, it was the worst experience I had during my visit to Oeiras. Bad service, bad food. Not to mention that the picanha was harder than stone.
Nice place to have a cold beer! Live music usually on Fridays. They need to improve the bathroom facilities! Lack of water and cleaning!
We were looking for a place to eat on a Friday night... We opted for a Picanha na Chapa, as we believed it would be more practical and quicker. They recommended this place to us, on a busy avenue in the city. When entering the parking lot, we prefer the inner, more reserved area. For starters we ordered a portion of pastries (cheese and meat). The protein had a bad smell. It looked like soy meat, poorly seasoned. When the picanha was served, among the accompaniments there was a Maria Isabel, also with a bad taste and smell. The meat, which looked good, was also not tasty. I don't recommend the place. The kitchen is TERRIBLE. Alysson's service was very good.
