I went into subway to get 3’ long subs and was told I had to call in an hour in advance and if I didn’t it was a big inconvenience for them …no one was in the store , all employees were standing around , since I’m such an inconvenience to them I will no longer be buying food nor gas from subway or the gas station!

0 stars is the appropriate rating!!! Worst service! This group had our online order for 65 minutes and upon arrival... guess what? No one had the three sandwiches started! So, what could have been the first opportunity for customer service (making our box of a dozen cookies a baker's dozen) became a moment to smash all but one cookie into a box.What happened to the previous manager? She was kind and genuine.The Good news for the employees and manager here is that we will never be back. A great way of ridding yourself of consistent customers. Tipping customers! Oh... not this visit, though, huh? We got our back before we left.... this is when you (Manager) had another opportunity to either comp the meal for the outrageous service or give 50 off... after all, it was an ONLINE order, and I hadn't used the BOGO coupon. Live and learn, I suppose.Whoever is in charge of this store has dramatically impacted revenue with your staffing choices!
Service was unacceptable their were flies around the ingredients , the people worked for the pizza place were stealing subways ingredients, worse than That they didn’t even wear gloves! I will never come back to this place again, NASTY food, VERY unsanitary, and their was knives, dishes, sauce in the HAND WASH ONLY SINK! Will be reporting to the Health Department!!
Never will I order online again!! They didn't even make the whole order had to go back and the employee said they had made it obviously not I didn't get it
