Whataburger - Odessa

I've been visiting this restaurant since I was a child and have always been pleased with the customer service—until my last visit. There were no smiles, no thank-yous, and no invitation to come back. They messed up my sandwich order, even though I clearly stated what I wanted. My burger and fries were served cold, and when I ordered a chocolate shake, the server brought the food and just walked away. When I reminded him about the shake, he casually replied that they were out of chocolate and asked if vanilla would be okay, almost as if he didn't care that I didn't get my shake. I agreed to the vanilla, but after we finished our meal, my shake never arrived. When I went to the register to inquire about it, the staff was quite rude, with one guy simply saying, "Oh, yeah, I just got caught up." They never offered an apology. Additionally, we had to endure a child running across empty tables nearby while blasting a YouTube video. This was not the easy-going, enjoyable Whataburger experience I’m used to. I will be avoiding this location in the future.

I wasn't allowed to order two kids' meals without drinks, and the staff member was quite rude about it. I decided to take my business to Texas Burger instead, where I can order what I want the way I want it. I used to really enjoy Whataburger, but now I'm seriously considering not going back again.

It was pretty bad. Ordering took a very long time and we waited an even longer time to be served (definitely not 'fast ' food). Burger was cold. Very disappointed overall

Three employees chatting with each other, I e guy making a show of ignoring people while he stocks one cup at a time. When I inquired if they were open, the manager with nice face piercings informs me to hold on she 's having a conversation.....I don 'tknow why we should pay 10$ for 1 burger to be treated like that. It 's not even very good for 10$.

I ordered the grilled chicken burger with onion rings, while my husband opted for the #5 bacon cheeseburger with fries. The flavors of the chicken burger were fantastic, and the onion rings were perfectly crispy. My husband really enjoyed his bacon cheeseburger, but he wasn't a fan of the fries, as they could have been crisper. The service was efficient, taking less than 10 minutes.
