Watt's Burger - Odessa

I witnessed a heartwarming moment at this restaurant when one of the staff members took an order out to a car for a customer with a disability. It was a kind gesture that left a lasting impression on me. Not to mention, the food at this place is amazing! The burgers are far superior to typical fast food options - they are hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. My mother and I enjoyed a delicious cheeseburger and fries just 30 minutes ago. Thank you for the fantastic meal! Blessings to the staff at the restaurant for their kindness and excellent service. I apologize for not taking a photo - I was too hungry to wait! Parking is convenient and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

My wife and I were looking forward to trying Watts Burger. She ordered a combo meal and I ordered a double double with cheese and a side of tater tots. However, when we got home and started eating, we were disappointed to find that the burgers were not good at all. The patties were bland and lacked any flavor. It's a shame because they used to make good burgers. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

I did not enjoy the burgers at this restaurant. I prefer homemade burgers, and the frozen patties we were served were not up to my standards. Given the price we paid, I would not choose to return.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. There was a WHOLE TOOTHPICK INSIDE OF MY HAMBURGER then when I called they couldn’t even do the minimum of giving me a refund for just the burger.

Steak sandwich is a great choice .But everything on menu is so good. The workers are the best , they treat you well.
