Twin Peaks Odessa

Showed up at the Reserved time and they told us they were not taking reservations the wait was an hour and minutes and they would text when are table was ready! We were never seated

The hostess informed my group that even though my name was clearly on her computer screen she didn’t know if she should give me the table I reserved. The manager came out and explained that they stopped taking reservations and immediately dismissed me to tend to other customers. So do not eat here if you want quality customer service and if for some reason you still want to eat here then do not use this app to make a reservation. Worst I’ve ever been treated in an restaurant

Twin peaks did not honor my reservation with open table. The host told me that they had blocked all reservations on open table. I just don’t see the point of twin peaks having this option if there not going to honor it when the customer arrives. Very frustrating!

Our waitress served us less frequently as single men. Others were observed not taking care of customers. Servers were hanging around chatting with coworkers rather than with patrons

The service was ok considering how busy they were but all of our food that came out was luke warm at best. We also ordered another round of drinks after dinner with dessert and after minutes of no service we closed out and left
