Taqueria Reynosa - Odessa

I was very impressed with my first visit to this place. The Ben's tacos were delicious and filling, and the charro beans were fantastic. The staff was very friendly and welcoming!

Tonight for dinner, I had never tried this restaurant before because they are located on the other side of the highway. I was a little annoyed waiting for 30 minutes without being served, but once we got our mixed grill and tacos, all my frustration disappeared. Everything was incredibly delicious, especially the spicy salsas. The only thing that could have made it better would have been a cold beer, hopefully they will start selling soon. I will definitely be returning. Oh, and don't forget to try the white rice, it's amazing.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and tried the el pastor tacos. I was intrigued by the fact that they were homemade and cooked on a spit. The flavors were excellent and the corn tortillas were perfectly cooked. However, I would give them a 4-star review because there was too much unrendered fat in each taco. The chewy, large pieces of fat detracted from the overall enjoyment of the dish. I probably won't order them again because of this issue. I've heard that the bistek tacos are a specialty here, so I'll give them a try next time. My coworker ordered the green enchiladas and loved them. Overall, the visit was enjoyable, but be cautious of the fat content in some dishes!
