I placed an order for four sandwiches and struggled to manage both the order and my child. The worker who helped us was incredibly patient, polite, and accommodating. I regret not getting his name, but I hope someone can identify him based on the approximate time of 6:50 pm. He truly deserves recognition for his exceptional customer service. I hope this positive experience continues at Subway.
Everything was going well when we first arrived, but as soon as they started preparing our order, things quickly went downhill. They didn't make the sandwich I ordered correctly and then they burned it. To make matters worse, the worker started cleaning the dirty counter and then touched our sandwich.
Today, I ordered a sandwich for lunch at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the sandwich was poorly packed and fell apart before I could even take a bite. Additionally, there was no manager available to speak to about the issue.
Do not leave you from this day. that's all. they have brought the coal and the audacity to find themselves in a need.
I came to subway with my mom and we were getting our sandwiches no problem right once our sandwiches were finished toasting my mom and I asked for spinach but my mom forgot that she wanted avocado so the lady that was helping us I think her name was Janara shook her head in frustration it’s not hard to remove the spinach and add avocado customer service was just rude
