The restaurant staff lacks an understanding of customer urgency. I waited 30 minutes for my order, and when it finally arrived, it was incorrect. While I was waiting for them to fix it, a Hispanic girl with a sleeve tattoo on her left arm made jokes about the other girl with green hair messing up orders. I couldn't figure out why it took so long, especially since there were no customers inside and only two cars in the drive-thru.

We just placed an order and the drive thru was very rude. I've never treated a rude barista at this point, so I've been withdrawn. Yikes, take a break and cool off before you start to grab customers.

This location has always gotten our drinks just right! Employees are always friendly.
