Przekaż informację zwrotnąI placed my order through the app, and when I arrived at the restaurant, I provided my name. They acknowledged it, but then, out of nowhere, they couldn't locate my order. The staff member at the window had to make a physical call to the manager because no one seemed to know where my order was or what had happened to it.
I was initially happy with the restaurant located on the west side, but that is no longer the case! It has become the worst experience. I stopped going after trying to get a drink through the drive-thru; I pressed the button twice but received no response. The food quality has also declined, and it seems the staff doesn't care. They really need to change the management and the employees, as it’s clear that no one is showing up anymore.
I would not even give this place a star. The staff member was extremely rude when I tried to place my order. She rushed us and pushed me aside while I was speaking, even though there was only one other customer in the lot. There was no reason for the haste. I will never return to Sonic again.
This Sonic is near our house, but we won't be back. She served us our drinks while she talked on her phone. I had to ask for our food. After we left the food to have the wrong order. Very bad service!
Unfortunately, this is the second time within 2 weeks that my order was messed up. I will not be going back to that location again.Food: 1/5
