Scratch - Odessa

My associate and I enjoyed the grilled wild-caught salmon, which was exceptional, along with the collards over grits. We also loved the music, which perfectly matched the ambiance. We had the pleasure of meeting the two chefs who prepared our meal and expressed our gratitude to them. I can't wait to explore more options on the menu!

This is a fantastic getaway! It's peaceful, and you’re seated quickly with friendly service. The bar area is fantastic as well! I highly recommend it.

During a quick visit to Odessa, we stumbled upon this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. I ordered the daily special, which was whitefish served with zucchini and "wonder beans" alongside carrots. Everything was outstanding. My husband chose the Chicken Fried Steak and was quite satisfied with it, which is noteworthy since he’s quite particular about this dish. Our server even brought us a bowl of their Jalapeño gravy to try, and it was absolutely fantastic. We can't wait to return and sample more items from their menu.

Fried Zucchini was amazing. Pork tenderloin medallions with pablano gravy was the best I have ever had. Not very busy at all. Waiter was attentive and did not hover. Pricy for a family but well worth the cost for home cooked food. Will be coming back.
