Pho House Odessa

My friend took me to the Pho and took me here to try, and I must say I often think of this food! It's so good! I'll be back! I like number 6 in the menu. Staff are great and food comes very fast. Great service has never met a little less. I always like to come!

Pretty good for what it is. The broth had taste and the portions were generous. The only thing I didn't like is that we came around 1 hour before closing and it just felt like they wanted us to go. We ate our food and get away quickly. If I order here again, I'd probably pick up.

I came here because of positive Google reviews, and it is right again. I ordered a golden combination of Vietnam cuisine egg rolls pho. Three egg rolls were cut in the middle? easier to dip in sauce. Crispy, fresh, and tasty! The Pho is a wow factor. A Texas sized bowl was filled with fish flavor soup and smooth rice noddle. The chef generously put lots of round eye steak slices and brisket slices. Lots of stuff in that bowl with Authentic Vietnam flavor. To me, the only downside of the pho is that vinegar was a little too much. The overdosed vinegar overwrites the flavor fresh fish soup. Overall, it is still 5 star Vietnam cousine!

Was greeted served by a very energetic young man (maybe 8 yrs old? . He got my dine in my takeout orders correct was quite proper! I had chargrilled pork eggroll vermicelli (the #10 , w spring rolls. The spring rolls had grilled pork shrimp was served w a spicy peanut sauce. The spring rolls were quite large could be shared, unless you are a big eater. My vermicelli bowl was quite tasty as well with chargrilled pork, eggroll, shaved cucumber, carrots, lettuce peanuts over a large serving of noodles and a side ?sauce? to pour over it all. I order this dish often from other Vietnamese restaurants some are good some not so. I really enjoyed this meal bc the meat was flavorful added a lot to the overall taste. The owners are pleasant overall it was a very good experience. I will return

WOW. I've tried the pho and spring rolls in Odessa EVERYWHERE. Pho House is hands down the most fragrant, delicious broth and the rice noodles are the perfect texture! The spring rolls are also THE BEST. I can not exclaim enough how amazing the food is here. And don't forget to treat yourself to the Bubble Tea! Soooo good and I will be coming here EXCLUSIVELY for my pho!
