The sausage is in the house and delicious! the brisket was just the right combination of fat, fleshy and burned end! so good! but the mac n cheese surprised us. when we looked at it, it had crumbled and mushrooms in it. we were skeptical, but it was so delicious! we recommend this place

This is hands down the best BBQ in Odessa. The BBQ spud and peach cobbler are absolutely amazing. The staff is very friendly and it's a fantastic place to dine.

This Texas pit BBQ restaurant is fantastic. I travel extensively and try BBQ all over the country, and this was one of the best I've had. I ordered the three meat plate and the brisket was exceptional - tender and flavorful. The sausage had a deliciously less dense texture that I really enjoyed. The ribs were some of the best I've ever had. The sauce had the right amount of kick. The peach cobbler was so good, it felt like a crime to eat it. Even though I usually dislike potato salad, I finished this one. The beans were also solid. Ed, our server, was extremely friendly and provided excellent service. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

Tom's Barbecue is the perfect spot in Odessa for barbecue lovers. Their food is fantastic, and the peach cobbler is a must-try!
