Dunkin' - Odessa

The restaurant was not very busy and the parking lot was dirty with trash. Despite there being only seven cars in the lot, it took a while for me to order a cup of coffee. The cashier served the person behind me before me, which made the service experience disappointing. I generally try to avoid this place due to its consistently poor service, but unfortunately, I happened to stop by this time.

This restaurant is conveniently located near my house, so my family and I have visited multiple times since it opened. Unfortunately, we have been consistently disappointed with our orders, as they are incorrect most of the time. Additionally, some of the employees have been rude. While there are a few nice coworkers, the majority of them seem bothered by customers and the drive-thru service is slow.

The staff at this restaurant is extremely incompetent. I placed a mobile order at 5:56pm and it still had not been fulfilled by 6:20pm. That's a long time to wait for 2 orders of hash browns and a large coffee, right? Wrong. The coffee was ready, but the hash browns were not. When I asked when they would be ready, I was told "soon, because we are taking a break." I understand that, but I placed the order 25 minutes ago, so what happened in that time? They didn't even give me the correct order. The fact that the person before me also did not receive the right order just adds to the incompetence of this place.

Felt like I'm talking to a wall, bad costume. I would not recommend and would give 0 stars if I could.

I don’t know who was working drive thru today but man was she rude!! And with all that attitude you would think she would make sure she added all my drinks, but nope. Thankfully the lady at the window and the lady making drinks are just lovely. I hope the woman working the drive thru is not the manager or owner because she is just RUDE! And should never work in customer service. She has a golden crew and I’m sure they are the only reason why this DD is profitable. I pass 5 DD on my way to work and choose to come to this one for the 2 ladies in the front. We will see if I come back.
