Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Odessa

Always love there bbq. Staff is good and the lady that cleans the tables is just the sweetest and is going around asking everyone how she can help them.

I'm not much on barbecue, but I do like Dickey's. Employees have always been nice and quick

Ordered on the app. My food wasn't ready when i got there. Food was still good.

My facility engineer took everyone for lunch and I have to say it was good. The staff was in a great mood that overshadowed the customer. If you use the thru drive you must specify that you also need some ketchup for their delicious French french frits.

Just went through drive thru and got home the employees had forgot to put a meat in one of the plates. We called just hoping we could receive a free meat on our next visit or a coupon. The employee drove to our house delivered a full 2 meat plate, two brownies, and a $10 coupon. This type of action is a clear sign of good management. When a company recognizes their mistakes and acts promptly to fix them. Glad to have Dickies as apart of our community!
