Chelsea Tea's - Odessa

I went this morning before class and the person who took my order at the window was so helpful! I normally never tip if it's just window service but she was so kind in helping me pick a Redbull drink! I tried the voodoo drink and it was great!! 100/10 recommend I will definitely be coming back.
