Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - Odessa

I have been wanting to try as it's close to where I live and I'm a sandwich lover. Essentially I was simply let down. Bread was a big soggy, it was smothered in Mayo as if I asked for XXXtra Mayo. I did not. I'm absolutely willing to pay more for a quality, delicious sandwich but this was a bit of a let down for me.

Ordered a half balsamic chicken salad for pick up. Could only eat toppings due to the lettuce looking like this...

Food and service are always consistent and friendly. Definitely recommend Capriotti's!

All Capriotti sub shops are not created equal. Very disappointing. No meat on my sandwich, bread not toasted, did not enjoy my meal. There was some kind of hot pepper oil poured all over my sandwich. The Capriotti‘s in carrolwood made me the best sandwich ever. I will give this another try. I was very unimpressed today.

They sandwich was very good. Bread was fresh but for the price could have used a little more meat.
