Burger King - Odessa

Very clean and very friendly staff. Orders always fast and correct.

Slowest wait times ive ever experience with only one vehicle in line. No one responded at the menu screen. I had to ask for service afyer waiting 3 minutes of silence. Only to be told take a look at the menu and someone will be with you. After 7-10 minute of waiting I drove off.

They'll literally just ignore you at the counter, even as the entire staff walks by. They won't ask or say a word. You have to interrupt or your food will just sit there getting cold. Just waited for ten minutes, no one said a word to me. I then interrupt, asking where my food is, and they hand me it thirty seconds later. It had been done, but the employees are so clueless they didn't even bag it. Go to the one a mile down the road off Word, way better ran.

Arrived 3 minutes before closing to someone getting their food done and I was denied service because they closed at 12 even though I arrived at 11:58pm to pick up a separate order. Drive thru worker had terrible rude manners. No empathy whatsoever. This was just a few minutes ago before 12am 8/3/22. She literally hooked up the people before me but denied me a simple order. Also store needs to update store hours online as it shows open until 1pm. People like this should not work in customer service.

Left the area 2 years ago but came back and hoped they had gotten better when i visited them again but even years later had to sit in the drive theu for 25 min because we only have 2 people working this is hands down the worst managed burger king i have ever seen. Avoid this location at all costs.
