The Better Burger - Odessa

Usually my family and I love better burger but the experience we had tonight was horrible. The “front manager” took my order over the phone, put in the wrong order, when we got home with our food and saw it was wrong I called and the manager argued with me before lying to her general manager about what she said to me, argued with me some more before agreeing to replace my meals. She was also rude when I got to the restaurant to replace my meals. Really hope the next time we decide to go she’s not working or her attitude is better .

Just constantly good food. Yes it's a touch off of the beating path but well worth it. As the place is called it's just a better burger. Kid-friendliness: Just a small mom and pop place where everyone is welcome

Food is mid, kind of pricey. Fast and convenient though

Very good place to eat daily specials like home cooked meals I love their steak finger plates their hand breaded all their meals are great. And good ole ice tea.excellent place to eat Parking: Order at window and drive around park in front and they bring your food out to you Kid-friendliness: Good atmosphere and children always welcome

They always take a little to long but other than that everything is great
