On top of that to have taken so long I would expect fresh fries with my chicken bacon ranch fries but they were anything but fresh. They were stale and cold! I liked the roast beef sandwich but I'm a fry guy and love me some good french fries. This was a total disappointment. If you want good fries with some descent service I would recommend going to Texas Burger.
Today I had the worst experience at Arbys as it is possible that they turn their backs on you and play with the phone and left me waiting until a woman felt sorry for me and helped me.
