Starbucks - Odenton

I had a wonderful experience! I usually feel a bit intimidated because I'm not familiar with the terminology, but Susan completely put me at ease. She even created a drink based on my description. I will definitely be coming back!

I absolutely love the customer service here! It's the main reason I keep returning to this location.

This Starbucks is located within the Giant supermarket. The staff are friendly, and the drinks meet the high standards you would expect from any Starbucks location. I rated it 4 stars mainly because there is no drive-thru option available.

The tables were unclean, the floor required sweeping, and the countertops needed to be sanitized with a bleach solution combined with hot water at a temperature of 102 degrees. While the staff members were very friendly, I think every restaurant should have designated personnel for the kitchen, waste disposal, and table maintenance. This is a measure that should be mandated by the local health department.

This Starbucks has quickly become one of my favorite spots, especially since it’s only about a five-minute drive from my house. I have to confess that I didn't like this location in the past, but the staff has made incredible improvements over the last year, and now I truly enjoy coming here! They are always friendly and make the best drinks. I'm really happy to see this positive change!
