Comes back they haven't even made it yet I understand things get backed up but to not even make it yet no attempt to is messed up will never go back and I encourage everyone else to do the same go to another place
Today I placed an order at Pizza Hut, and the representative who took my order took about 20 minutes just to place it and did not fill it out correctly. I usually like Pizza Hut, but this kind of service is what drives customers to go elsewhere, especially when you call the restaurant and they blame the contact center, and vice versa. No one took responsibility for the incorrect order, and Pizza Hut did not take any steps to fix it. I don't mind paying for my order as long as it is made correctly.
Well, I have tried multiple pizza huts now, and I have to say that the pizza has seriously gone downhill. Below average taste and almost no taste in the crust. Got the big new Yorker pizza this time. I'm very disappointed. Ate one slice and threw the rest away.
FYI, not all Pizza Hut locations have in house seating. I asked for thick crust and got thin but other than that, everything was good.
I ordered a supreme pizza and it was missing half the toppings. I ordered online and it was delivered. However, if they realized they did not have the right toppings while making it, they should’ve called so I could’ve changed my order. They also put way too many onions on the pizza. We had to throw some of it away. It was disappointing.
