Domino's Pizza - Odenton

We placed an online order with our local restaurant. The process went smoothly, as it had in the past. However, after about 40 minutes, we received a call from the Domino's store saying we were not in their delivery area. It is disappointing that we were able to place an order and input our credit card information, only to be told later that we were not eligible for delivery. This inconsistency does not make sense and reflects poorly on the business. It is important for businesses to ensure that orders can only be placed from within their delivery area to avoid confusion and inconvenience for customers.

Absolutely the worse place to order pizza. pizza for dinner and was not delivered after 3 hours. ordering 18 o'clock and pizza never came at 9:30 o'clock. every time we called, we were misleading as the driver is on the move. at some point someone has informed that they have a significant backlog and cannot m when the pizza is delivered.

The food is good and usually fast if you pick up, but 2 stars because for like the the 3rd time recently I wanted delivery and have been waiting 2 hours. Why even offer delivery if I have to eat something else because it took too long to get here and im too disappointed and exhausted to drive there at this point
