Delicious food. Japanese with limited Danish influence. Concept is a fixed menu to expand when you're very hungry. We picked the middle varie. Delicious flavors, surprising dishes and a pleasant service. Not exactly cheap, but absolutely true for your money.

A fantastic meal with the best of ingredients, taste and balance. We are so happy we found you when searching the internet. Don't leave Odense without visiting Goma. You would regret it!

I won't even begin to list why this place is so wonderful. I'm sure it has all been said before. Put it this way, you are served one beautiful sharing treat after another each one of which looks and tastes sensational. The food is principally Japanese but with Nordic touches and surprises like local crumbled goat cheese. We also enjoyed some sensational and very interesting wines. The host Lasse is so charming. His focus when attending your table makes you feel like you're the only guests there even though the restaurant was full. It is elegant, yet laid back fine dining, yet fun. A total delight.

I do not claim to be an expert on Japanese food but I do recognize quality when I see and taste it. This is simply off the wall good! We had the 5 course taster menu. It started with vegetables...moved on to fish and seafood and finished with meat (pork). The sauces used are simply out of sight good. You will experiences flavor you have never tasted before. It seems a little crazy to travel to Denmark to have an outstanding Japanese meal but maybe that is an expression of our worldly culture. Do not pass this place by....it will be your loss
