Dubrovnik - Odense

I have been here quite a few times.. I am a local and I still return to this little restaurant in the city centre. Good food at very cheap prices and lots of atmosphere. Food is served by the owner and the wife is cooking. Highly recommended. It is now possible to pay with credit card which was not the case earlier

Great little place to dine. Small, quaint, warm and cozy. Lot's of locals and the owner runs the place. Wonderful home cooking and reasonable for Copenhagen

Bobby , the Yugoslav owner and his wife have run this small family restaurant at the periphery of the Odense city centre for more than two decades, he told us (and can prove it with old photos on the wall). The food is OK though definitely not as tasty as expected from the Balkan. I would suggest you take a grilled main course. The service is (over?)attentive, Bobby is a chatty chap, no doubt. The atmosphere is homely with a number of tables occupied by regular guests. You better book in advance. And bring cash! No credit cards here. A nuisance which emphasises the impression of a place which has been warped in time. Depending on how you feel that can be a good or a bad thing. One thing is sure: Bobby lets the slivovich flow freely, and it causes feelings of pleasure among his guests.

Was to my mother's 89th birthday. We got Wienerverzel and 1 bottle of red wine (spansk). Good right, in relation to the restaurant was converted to Pub, with opening days 3-4 days a week. Have always dreamed of visiting the place that has been there for over 40 years, but has not had time or occasion. Bobby's Pub (or Dubrovnik). The owner is born 100 km from Belgrade in Serbia (Old Yugoslavia). We got ice cream for dessert. We got 1 glass gate wine and 38% Serbi firewood wine on the house's bill. Prices were reasonable. My mother had just 350 kr with in the wallet and the credit card did not work. So we came the day after Sunday and paid 500 in cash. Bobbys had been in the city, and first came home on Sunday morning at 6.00, so it was fine that we came and called the door at 10.00, where we paid the rest of the bill. Was very full and followed my mom home, and then cycled home. Fall on my own toilet Saturday night at 03.00, but only struck my hip and shine legs. got a little yellow brands. Maybe I have a little with blood pressure, and raised me a little too quickly from the bed. Will eat at the restaurant another day, and my mom will hold its 90th birthday in 2024 at the restaurant, and there is room for 40 people. There is a good selection of the menu card. Super skønt hyggeligt restaurant med et fint Mix af dansk hygge og Kroatien. Oksekødet var fantastisk lækkert og mørt og sovsen så lækker
