South Street Ale House - O'CONNOR

My family often eat here for Mother's Day and other occasions such as birthdays, etc. and have always been provided with great service and delicious meals.Being such a large family, we expect that it would take time for all of our meals to be prepared & served, however, I am happy to confirm that preparation time is relatively quick and from memory, all of our meals were served within a couple of minutes.From all accounts, my family enjoy eating here and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a restaurant for similar functions in the Beaconsfield/Hilton area.

We were there on a quiet night and were very surprised with the quality of the food. The service was ok and prices were reasonable. They have drink specials and food deals on different nights. Easy parking out the back.

Great service, owners very friendly and make you feel welcome and special. Food was delicious, will definitely be going back. Pasta and steak were cooked to perfection with great flavours. Will definitely be going back.

Food was very late and no apology. it was ok to eat but not amazing. Don't go there if there are other options

Great location, plenty of parking at the rear, good food and service, well-priced wine list. Four of us went on a Wednesday which is "Half Price Night" - with a couple of conditions: it only applies to mains, and does not include the seafood platter, and you cannot use any other discount voucher.
