When I got home, I discovered that my pizza—and another one with paprika, mushrooms, onions, and sausage—was cold. I called the store and spoke to a manager, explaining my issue and leaving my name for follow-up. I was advised to return if possible to get a new pizza. The next day, December 6, I went back to the Sliver Star location and spoke with another manager about what had happened. Although he couldn’t find my name on the list, he quickly took action. About six minutes later, he handed me a hot Extra Most Pepperoni pizza (see photo). We ended up enjoying pizza night for two consecutive days! I believe local management learned an important lesson about communication. While no business is perfect, Little Caesars always strives to make things right, and they do it better than other pizza chains. The other company with the red and green boxes has a lot to learn. You can hire all the celebrities you want, but I will always choose pizza that is delicious, reasonably priced, and backed by great customer service. Trust me—my family and I know pizza, and we believe in Little Caesars for our Friday night ritual!
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The quality of the food was poor, and it was evident that the staff didn’t care about the pizzas they were making. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The presentation was poor, and the staff appeared unkempt, with their hair in disarray and dirty towels scattered all over the floor. The music was overly loud and set an inappropriate atmosphere. One of the employees seemed overwhelmed and was visibly sweating. The kitchen door was left wide open, which is not acceptable. Additionally, none of the staff were wearing hair nets, which I found concerning. I cannot recommend this place; I won't be returning.
Very Dirty Restaurant! Run for your life! I've been working in the fast food industry for over 10 years. Filthy from the moment you walk in. Where are your mask and gloves? Why are your uniforms so dirty? Why are there dirty towels on the floor? To the boy who turns his hair, why? Why are you so dirty? You will all get sick!! You will bring me back to play so I can fire you all!! Who owns this business will soon be out of business if you don't get it together. Good Luck! Turn the music down all the way, not a club!!
Maya is the best business manager I ever met. It is extremely customer-friendly address the needs of the customer. She's patient and a generous manager. She deserves the promotion and rise in her paycheck I recommend management to promote it to the next level.
