I compare this restaurant to similar chain sports bars like The Ale House, Fridays, Applebee's, and Tijuana Flats. The service was what earned them a fourth star. As for cleanliness, on a Friday afternoon before 2:00, everything felt a bit sticky, even the floor. The food was decent; the burger was good and the fries were crispy. However, the Ahi Tuna was rather lackluster and tasted like it had been previously frozen before being served. I had higher expectations for the tuna. The staff, from the person who greeted us at the door to our server, were fantastic—welcoming, warm, and courteous, which created a relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend this place, but I wouldn't suggest ordering the tuna.

They made it!!! I love this Gator location!! Best food and BEST staff by far!! Next time there is Ashley make a blue Long Island iced tea....ooo yummy!! Jason really does a great thing. Bravo to all employees here!! Gabriel rocks too!
