B&t Jamaican Jerk - Ocoee

I would rate a zero if I could. The lady serving the food is rude and has an attitude. In addition they charge $18.00, yes $18.00 for 5 oxtails. I complained to the manager because I felt 6 oxtails and cabbage for $18.00 is robbery. They said normally they only give 5. Unfortunately, I had someone else pick up my food therefore I could not return it. If your hungry, go somewhere else. They are a rip off.

Friendly folks and great Jamaican food. This place is going to be a favorite.

This place Patty was dry hard flat and it tastes like it had frostbite from a freezer so that tells me the beef they are using here is not fresh made beefNo cocoa bread no fry dumplingsI highly do not recommend the patty

Visited this restaurant on Sunday February 11, 2024 for the first time, l had the tripe and beans. OMG!!!!! I ate the whole box of food, not a grain of rice was left in my box to save a life, mark you, the portions are not small at all. I ate that thing up!!!! The chef stepped out so l did not get a chance tell him what an excellent chef he was. This food, the man dropped his hands into it man. All over restaurants are open BUT this is the RESTAURANT to eat at if you want your money’s worth, good service, clean, good tasting food brethren!!!! Most of the restaurants l go to they are selling salt and sugar, this restaurant you can taste the natural seasoning in the thing man. Big up B&T Jamaican Jerk in Ocoee FL. You are the BEST in the business!!!! Yeah Man!!!I was not disappointed at all. I will sure be back with my entire crew!!!Thanks man!!!Scooby!!!! Parking: Easy parking in and out in no time. There is parking in front of the restaurant and to both sides of the restaurant. NoProblem at all to park.

The food here is pretty good but I have one star because the service on multiple occasions is disgusting with the exception of the lady that has been there a long time and usually works in the evening (she’s great). I just left there and the short lady with the hair bump under her chin (best description I can give) had a nasty attitude, acted like she didn’t want to answer my questions. It was almost most as if she personally had an issue with me and I’ve never seen her before. It is not the first person that I’ve had a bad experience with at this place but let it go but today was my last straw and will not be supporting any longer.
