Big Deal Burger - Ocoee

I ordered 2 burgers and Cajun fries today through Uber Eats. I have never been more confused in my life. The burgers came with literally NOTHING on them. Bun, burger patty, bun. Is this a joke? Luckily Uber Eats refunded me.The Cajun fries happen to begreat though.

New to the area so we wanted to try a new place. But we were very disappointed. Our family's not picky with food, especially with 2 growing boys. We ordered 2 el fuego burgers and never received them. The 2 double burgers with cheese were so burntthey weren't edible. We also ordered jalapeños cheese fries, there was absolutely no zing to the cheese and the fries weresoggy. I'd avoid this place, even if you aren't picky.

Both burgers were incorrect. The descriptions were completely wrong. I received one burger patty placed on two bottom buns and another burger on two top buns. Neither burger had any toppings. One was supposed to be a double, but I only got a single. I called the restaurant, and they confirmed the ingredients that I ordered. I pointed out that neither burger had any toppings. To clarify, I received two plain single burgers, but I paid for two double burgers, and both were plain.

The fries were fantastic, but the brisket I received was mostly pieces of fat.

It was average. It was a bit too salty for my taste.
