Ralph's Italian Ices-oceanside

Water ice was trash it taste like it was left out sort of like frostbite over all trash go to freeport way better also nerds taste old and they were squishy

This used to be my favorite summer place to go however the last 2 yrs I've been very disappointed.. 2-3 jelly rings in a pint if jelly ring ices , very few of anything in ices that come with additional things in it! Very disappointing.

I don't know Ralph is so long! I can't believe how much I missed. This place is an absolute hidden gem and the staff are absolutely fantastic. I love the places where you can go in and I was immediately greeted while a woman took a big order. After waiting, she apologized for waiting (which was not necessary), but she was so sweet and attentive. Kauser was the woman who helped me with my order and I venerated her personality! I am the annoying customer who had to ask if they had 3 flavors in stock, but she was quick to help me. I appreciate their patience and we even had a chat about the store and the things that are now running. I manage 2 ice cream parlors so we talked about what was refreshing to talk to someone in the same form of business. This place is sweet, cozy and very welcoming. I appreciate the staff and I'm glad I stumbled at this point! Definitely come support local business and go to this Ralph’s! 10/10!

It was stopped to taste the Italian ice creams. I love coconuts, so I ordered a coconut Italian ice cream. It was DELICIOUS! Thick, creamy, tasty, with coconuts in it. My daughter with four of her friends was with me and she ordered Italian ice and shaking. They all ran over their orders. I'm definitely back.

Amazing ice cream. Very authentic and true to its aromas. The staff is very polite and the location is child-friendly. Would definitely recommend a family evening break or a weekend holiday.
