Mcdonald's - Oceanside

I am extremely let down by this McDonald's. This is not just a fake comment. They claimed they had given me my order when they had not. I overheard them in the kitchen saying they just wanted to get everything out quickly to stop what they were doing. I cannot believe they would ignore a paying customer who was not being rude. I will not be returning.

It is very frustrating that I am unable to ride my bike through to pick up a milkshake after I finish work at 10 o'clock. The restaurant could benefit financially if they allowed this option. Alternatively, I could use the drive-thru if available. Another option could be to leave the door open and inform me that I cannot sit inside, as is the case during the 2020 season.

The dining area closed earlier than expected. The staff asked us to move forward in the drive-thru even though there was only one car ahead of us. They then gave us the wrong order and the door was locked, so we had to go back to the drive-thru.

Really fast, really fresh (unless you want fresh cookies) I always ask for a fresh 3 pack of chocolate chip and they haven't failed. (Fingers crossed) they do close the lobby pretty early tho.

I went inside there was no wait . Everyone was friendly and efficient my food was hot and fresh really enjoyed it ?
