Ihop - Oceanside

If you're looking for breakfast before 8 o'clock, this is not the place for you. My family and I arrived at 7:30 a.m., and there were only four other people in the restaurant. Unfortunately, our food didn’t arrive until 8:45 a.m. This IHOP doesn't inform customers that they won't start serving until 8:30, so we ended up waiting an hour without our meals. During that time, we observed poor organization among the staff, dirty tables, and several cockroaches on the floor. There seemed to be numerous health and safety violations. I definitely cannot recommend this place to anyone.

He waited over 30 minutes to be seated, despite the restaurant having very few customers. Three staff members approached, but none of them said anything or took any action!

We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated, even though there was an empty table reserved for a baptism. Once we were finally seated, it took over an hour for our food to arrive.

Eating was good, but one of my members got dirty utensils. to the happiness the staff was fast to replace them with new clean and was polite about the incident.

Hash browns were over cooked, hard. Normally the spinach and mushroom omelet is good, but not this time. Hollandaise tasted off as well.
