Epic Wings - Oceanside

Not sure how this place stays open. My family loves epic wings and we get it regularly from several locations. Today was the second time coming to this location. Last time it was bad but I was hoping we got an off batch unfortunately today we had the same problem. The sauce is incredibly oily and separates. Not sure if this location doesn 't have the right recipe for the sauce but it 's terrible. The veggies are also dried out and bad the breadsticks are never warm and and almost taste undercooked. This location should just close. Not sure how corporate lets them have the epic wings name.

Soooo I was Completely ignored by the staff when I walked in not a hi or anything and we made eye contact a sweet young lady then came from the back to help me then the waitress had the nerve to say oh sorry I didn’t mean to ignore you. Then what did you mean to do horrible costumer service

Great food and service. Like the decor. Lots of framed puzzles of various themes. Clean dining area with plenty of seating. Clean restroom.Food: 5/5

The breadsticks were hard and stale. I don't expect corporate level professionalism from a wing place but they were completely unprofessional. The fries were okay and the wings were pretty good. There's a small chance I'd return for just wings. I recommend the sweet chilli wings.Food: 3/5

This location used to be awesome 7 years ago . I recently went last week and received the worst customer service by this young African American girl with a nasty attitude. Acted as if she owned the store demanding people to leave the restaurant if they didn’t like the service. I’m not the type to leave reviews but this girl needs to be fired.
