Benito's Pizza Cafe Oceanside

You wouldn't give this place a second look. But after sitting on their heated terrace it is a quiet environment in the midst of the hectic of the Wharf. Soothing wall fountains, juicy arrangements and a grating that protects you from the sun are all welcome and unexpected treats. We enjoyed the Diavola pizza that was just enough to enjoy two people after a day of walking the hills. That and a few beers, of course.

Unlike what your Google profile says, there were no dunes in. In fact, although the front was wide open, the store appeared completely empty, no workers in sight. So, maybe if there was someone there to welcome potential customers we have ordered to go, but it was totally uninvited. Like a ghost town. We ate somewhere else.

Hubby and I have tried so many deep pizzas and Benitos is by far the best we ever had. Thank you for offering amazing taste, perfect crust and an authentic sauce. Unbelievable great pizza!

Food was amazing...service was GREAT!!! When we come back to oceanside it will definitely be on the list of dinner nights. Best deep dish..and cheese bread and wings and salad..
