Applebee's Grill - Oceanside

First, the hostess didn't set us up. she was just sitting over the restaurant towards our table. POS tablet on the table was dirty. the waiter has forgotten our drink order. do not give plates with appetizer. chicken bears were definitiw far from crispy and tasted as if they came from a freezer. plating presentation was sloppy. chillis' worst experience of my life is sad because I like this restaurant.

My to go orders have been accurate and timely. I find the cost is the same or close to same as fast food, but the food SO much better!

I Would have liked to have a refill on my water while I ate my food! Fresh fries that aren't cold would have been nice too!?

A pleasure to dine here today! Perfect location, sunset views, delicious Bourbon Street Steak, served sizzling on a platter. Everything suggested by my server, Dylan, who gave me extra attention, and I am 100%satisfied!!!
