24 Hour Bagel - Oceanside

I wish I could leave negative stars for the poor customer service I received and the horrible food I overpaid for. Whomever was the cashier on July 8, 2023 overnight needs to leave customer service skills or general manners. He was down right rude!! I ordered a chicken sandwich and the sandwich was assembled with lettuce and tomatoes on it sandwich then the whole thing put under the broiler. The result was a burnt sandwich with hot burnt lettuce. I urge anyone who reads this to save yourself trouble and never vist this terrible place. -10 out of 5 stars

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the rude staff. They seemed to judge me based on my outfit. I visited twice, and during both visits, they ignored me completely. I remained calm and only tried to get their attention. One of the staff members, a bald man, actually told me he would make me wait even longer because of my behavior. I didn't feel I did anything wrong, and I certainly don't expect the staff to teach me how to behave.

Why isn’t the Long Beach, NY Bagel Cafe open for dinner? We really need this café to be a dinner spot and open 24 hours like it used to be. It would be great if it could operate like the 24-hour bagel place in Oceanside, NY.
