Dunkin' - Ocean Township

Always happy with Dunks. The grilled cheese was AWESOME!

I’m not one to complain about coffee/ food, I just throw it out if I don’t like it. I also understand many places are short staffed right now, but I am still spending money here and would like a decent experience. I go to Dunkin at least 3x a week and this Dunkin used to be great! The past month or so, literally everytime I get coffee it tastes awful. I get decaf, which has tasted like water. My boyfriend gets regular blend and even still, it tastes awful and is 9x out of 10, messed up. I use the online ordering system and my order is messed up almost every single time, whether it’s forgetting something, giving me a total different order when I go through drive through. Very disappointed with this location.

I can't give enough stars for customer service. joe, bridgette is the best. personable, great sense of humor, good eating, my only drink frozen coffee, and I am picky, but they are not disappointed. Best
