The Hungry Seagull - Ocean City

My family and I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, with cold food, unclean facilities, and overall unsatisfactory quality, so I would strongly advise against dining here!

I noticed several ants crawling on the counter while I was placing my order. The food was served quickly and tasted good, but it was a bit pricey. Additionally, the cashier wasn't paying attention when he opened the door and accidentally hit a small child in the head.

To make matters worse, the food was inedible. It tasted as if it had been left out in the sun for a week. Everything was excessively salty, as if they were trying to cover up the fact that the shrimp and calamari didn't even taste like their respective seafood. After being accustomed to seafood from NYC's City Island, I can confidently say that this place pales in comparison—not to mention that the sauces from City Island are far superior. Overall, this place offered terrible service and even worse food. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

We went with high expectations, literally only for milkshakes we saw in a display. They gave us a menu, we ordered, waited for our 2 milkshakes like 20 minutes. While waiting for a rat on the ground came out and flooded, we were absolutely mortified. When our milkshakes finally come out DID, they were humanly possible in the smallest cups, we paid like 8 dollars for these terrible drinks, and it was not worth it.

My girlfriend and I grabbed food around 9:45 since the restaurants nearby where closing. We ordered a cheesesteak and Greek salad with grilled chicken. The food was not only overpriced but was not as requested and made us both really sick. When we returned the next morning a young cashier wouldn?t provide us with any management info. Please do not waste your money, time, or health patronizing this established. Personally no stars should be given!
